This is the most basic e cig kits you can have and still call it a kit. The only thing they have going for them is their superior quality. Their e cigs sell for $74.95. While they have stayed at the industry standard for e cig kits prices they do leave out a carrying case that I believe should be included. They
will rate a fair score of 3 of 5 for cost.
Esmoke Two Piece E Cig Kits
Functionality- Esmoke’s e cig kits score a few points for having a two piece design with built in atomizer. These types of e cigs are better in quality. They also score a point for offering a carrying case and car charger at reduced pricing when you place your order for an Esmoke kit. You can add those items to your order for $9.99 each. That would bring your total to $94.93 for a complete starter kit. I will give them 3.5 of 5 bringing them to 6 of 10 so far.
Flavors- Esmoke e cig kits offer excellent choices in flavors. You can have your choice of two separate flavors of classic tobacco, minty menthol, strawberry, rich chocolate, green apple, smooth vanilla, and morning coffee. They certainly have enough flavors to keep almost all e cig smokers happy. With 8 e cig flavors to choose from they will earn an almost perfect score of 4.5 of 5. Esmoke e cig kits has a solid 10.5 of 15.
Accessories- Esmoke offers two separate product lines. The Sensation and the Pro series. The starter kit I am reviewing is from the Sensation Series and so are the accessories in this category. Esmoke offers several accessories for their e cig kits but I feel they are a little pricey. They have extra batteries for $39.99, USB charger for $24.99, wall charger for $19.99, wall and USB charger kit for $45.99, car charger set for $39.99, standard carrying case for $19.99, and a portable charging carrying case for $49.95. Like I said, they are a little on the expensive side but they do offer better quality e cigs than most. They get a better than average rating at 4 of 5 for a total of 14.5 of 20.
Customer Support- Esmoke is customer driven and it shows. They have full on customer support with their telephone number posted on their homepage. They also offer live chat and a form on their website that allows you to send them a message about your e cig kits problem or concerns. I do not believe anyone would have trouble getting in touch with them. I give them a solid 4.5 of 5 giving Esmoke a grand total 19 of 20.
19 of 20 is a pretty solid score in a business this competitive. Esmoke would have rated higher if their prices were a little lower and they offered more accessories in their e cig kits. I think they will do alright though due to their high quality standards. You can only save money if the equipment works the way it is supposed to. I think Esmoke offers an excellent line of e cig kits that anyone would be proud to own and use.
